This policy explains what Twingentic collects, why, who processes it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Twingentic app (Twingentic Studio, Brain and Agents) and to this website.
1. What we collect
Account information. Your email address, your name if you give it, your plan and billing status, your chosen vertical, and the front door you arrived through (AI with Dr. J, chAIrside with Dr. Winslow, AI Operator Mastery, or direct).
Studio content. The photos, descriptions, voice recordings, room tone, reference photos and videos, floor plans and other files you upload, and the identity records, character packs, voice records, scripts, videos and other outputs produced for you. Your photos and voice recordings show your likeness and voice; we use them only to build your clones and the outputs you ask for.
Brain content. Your interview answers and transcripts, documents, links, notes, writing and speech samples, assessment, and the six B.O.B. sections and Persona built from them. Interview audio is kept only if you turn audio retention on; transcription is separate from audio recording.
Agents content. Your twin agent's settings, tools, skills, workflows and permissions; the connections you make to other apps; and the conversations, actions and logs from the places you deploy your twin, including messages from people who talk to it.
Billing information. Your plan, invoices, credit balances and credit history. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
Technical information. Sign-in events, IP address, browser and device information, and basic usage events, used to operate and secure the service.
We do not ask for and do not want government identification numbers, health information or other sensitive personal data. Do not enter them in free-text fields or uploads.
2. Why we use it
- To create and manage your account and control access.
- To build your clones, Brain and twin agent, run the jobs you start, and deliver your outputs.
- To deploy your twin to the places you choose and carry out the actions you permit.
- To charge for your plan, credit packs and jobs, and keep your credit ledger.
- To communicate with you about your account, finished jobs, billing and support.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
- To improve Twingentic, using aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your content to train AI models.
3. Who processes it
We use service providers who process information on our behalf to run Twingentic:
- Hosting and database: for the app, the website, the database, file storage and sign-in.
- Media processing: for voice cleanup and checks and video assembly.
- Payment processing: for subscriptions, credit packs, invoices and your billing portal.
- Email delivery: for sign-in links, job notifications and account email.
- AI model providers: for images, text and vision work, voice cloning and speech, motion video and lip sync, and agent responses. We send each provider only what it needs to produce the output you asked for.
- App connections: for the tools you connect to your twin agent, under the access you grant.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred information.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account is active, so your Twin Kit and outputs stay available to you. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. When a voice clone is replaced, or your account is removed, we delete that voice from our voice provider. We keep limited records longer where law requires it, such as financial records.
5. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access controls so accounts can reach only their own data, provider keys kept on our servers only, and least-privilege service credentials. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information, and to close your account, by emailing contact@aioperatormastery.com. We respond within 30 days. Your Brain pack can be exported from the app at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect, the right to deletion, the right to correct, the right to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising a right. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our lawful bases are performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, and your consent where it applies, and you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
People who talk to your deployed twin may contact us to access or delete their own messages.
7. International transfers
We operate in the United States, and our providers may process information there. If you use Twingentic from outside the United States, you understand that your information is processed in the United States under this policy.
8. Cookies
This website sets one cookie, which remembers the front door you arrived through for 30 days so your sign-up can be attributed to it. The app uses cookies and similar storage that are necessary to sign you in and keep your session. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising trackers.
9. Children
Twingentic is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. If we make a material change, we will notify account holders by email or in the app and update the effective date above.
