These terms govern your use of Twingentic, a hosted subscription service made up of Twingentic Studio, Twingentic Brain and Twingentic Agents, and of this website (together, "Twingentic"). By creating an account, signing in or using Twingentic you accept them.
1. Accounts and access
Anyone 18 or older may create an account with their email address. A new email creates an account; a known one signs you in.
You are responsible for your sign-in email, for your credentials, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by asking us.
2. What Twingentic is, and is not
Twingentic helps you build a digital twin: Image, Voice and Video clones and an office walkthrough video in Studio, a Brain of your knowledge and personality, and a twin agent in Agents that you deploy to the places you choose.
Twingentic uses AI models to produce images, audio, video, text and agent actions. AI output can be wrong, inconsistent or misleading. Review it before you rely on it or share it. A locked identity pack is an approved reference pack, not a guarantee that every future render will match it.
Twingentic does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, security or other professional advice, and using it does not create a professional relationship.
3. Your likeness and your voice
Build clones only from your own likeness and your own voice, or from a person who has given you written permission. You are responsible for having that permission and for keeping a record of it. Do not use Twingentic to impersonate anyone or to mislead people about who they are dealing with.
4. Your content
You keep all rights in what you upload and enter (photos, recordings, documents, interview answers and other material) and in the assets, videos, Brain packs and other outputs produced for you. You may use your outputs in your business, including commercially, subject to these terms and the law.
You give us permission to store and process your content to operate Twingentic, produce the outputs you ask for, deploy your twin where you direct, and provide support.
We keep all rights in Twingentic itself, including its software, processes, templates, scoring and checklists, report formats and the skills it is built on. You may not copy them into a competing product or resell access to Twingentic.
5. Your twin agent
You decide what your twin agent can do. You choose its tools, skills and workflows, set its permissions per tool and action, choose where it is deployed, and choose whether review before sharing is on for each twin and surface. You are responsible for what your twin does with the permissions you give it, and for the apps you connect to it under their own terms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other accounts or data, probe or bypass security, scrape the service, upload malicious code, use Twingentic to violate the law or anyone's rights, create deceptive or unlawful content, or misrepresent who you are.
7. Subscriptions, credits and payment
Plans. Every plan includes Studio, Brain and Agents. Plan prices, monthly credits, annual prices and credit packs are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. The price shown at checkout when you subscribe or buy is the price you pay. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until canceled. We may change prices for future periods; we will tell you before a change applies to your next renewal.
Credits. Paid jobs draw credits. Every paid job shows its credit estimate before it runs. A job is charged at its actual cost when it finishes, which can be more or less than the estimate, and your balance can go below zero; you then need more credits before the next paid job. Plan credits are granted each month, including on annual plans, and unused plan credits expire at each monthly renewal. Pack credits never expire. Jobs spend plan credits first, then pack credits. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
8. Trial
Where a trial is offered, its length and what it covers are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. A card is collected at sign-up, and the trial converts to your chosen plan, and is charged, on the day after it ends unless you cancel before then. Trial items cost no credits; every other paid action offers to start your plan right away.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions. Cancel anytime from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Periods already billed are not refunded, and credits already used are not refunded.
Credit packs. Email contact@aioperatormastery.com within 30 days of buying a credit pack and we will refund it, as long as none of its credits have been used.
10. Third-party services
Twingentic runs on third-party infrastructure and services, including hosting and database, payment processing, email delivery, AI model, voice, and video generation providers, and the apps you connect to your twin. Their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for their services beyond our own obligations to you.
11. Availability
We aim to keep Twingentic available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue Twingentic entirely, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to download your outputs.
12. Warranty disclaimer
Twingentic is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to Twingentic will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for Twingentic in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will notify account holders by email or in the app. Continued use after the effective date of a change means you accept it.
15. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, with exclusive venue in the state and federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business. These terms, with our Privacy Policy and any order you place, are the entire agreement about Twingentic.
